·      Clean up storyboard thumbnails in Photoshop

·      Import storyboards into Flash

·      Re-watch animatic (in Flash) several times to get a rough/decent final animatic

·      Use storyboards in Flash as templates to do the animation over

·      Animate the keys

·      Animate breakdowns or redo keys

·      Animate in betweens

·      Have a rough animation

·      Work out timing

·      Clean up roughs to tell what they are

·      Clean up line using pencil tool in Flash

·      Paint frames with brush and paint bucket tools in Flash

·      Clean up backgrounds using pencil and brush tools

·      Color backgrounds with brush and paint bucket tools

·      Make sure everything is working for the animation

·      Convert animation to png or jpeg sequence in Flash

Notes:

Rough animation will be worked on first. Once a majority of the roughs are done then some of the roughs can be started to be fine lined.

In Flash the layers (in order):

o   notes
o   audio
o   character fine line
o   character color
o   character roughs
o   secondary action fine line
o   secondary actions color
o   secondary actions or still parts
o   background fine line
o   background color
o   background roughs
o   storyboards

In a finished version there would be no roughs, storyboards, audio or notes.

o   character fine line
o   character color
o   secondary action fine line
o   secondary actions color
o   background fine line
o   background color

Symbols will be made in flash if necessary, i.e. background movements or specific object movements.
